  • Where do you ship?
    We ship to Cyprus, EU, US, Australia. Since we use mail post for shipping, sometimes due to certain reasons it might not be possible to ship to a certain country. In any case, if you have your doubts, contact us.
  • Who is designer of the jewellery items?
    We work with various brands. All brands, designers are mentioned in the description of the item. All items are handmade in Armenia.
  • How do I recieve IDenteco email updates?
    You just need to subscribe to our email newsletter or drop us an email at identeco@identecojewellery.com and ask to add your email in the list. You can also contact us via chat support on the website.
  • Can I return the item if I didn't like it?
    Yes, you can return it within 15 days. More details are outlined in our Returns&Refunds policy.
