Shipping Policy

 The shipping of the products is performed directly from Armenia or or in case some stock is available in Cyprus, via Travel Express or Akis Express. When item is shipped directly from Armenia, the shipping is included in the price. The cost of shipping in Cyprus is 4 EUR and the customer has to collect the item from the Courier's office.  Shipping costs to the other countries will apply accordingly.

Delivery of the purchased items in stock usually takes 1-2 days in Cyprus, up to 1.5 weeks to EU countries and 15-20 days to other countries. However, for the custom-made orders and some items from our store, it will take longer considering the handmade production in Armenia and shipping from Armenia.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

In some countries the parcel might be subject to customs or import charges, each territory works differently.

In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.  

You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. 

IDenteco has no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. 

We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by unexpected charges.
